Refund policy

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at no charge 48 hours prior to delivery. For cancellation of bulk orders, notice must be given 72 hours in advance prior to delivery date.

Refund of cancellations will be within 5 business days for Paynow transactions and 10 business days for credit card transactions.

Returns & No-Show

As the products we sell at Quality Meat Online are perishable goods (food products), we do not accept any return of goods once it has been delivered. For any matters regarding integrity of package & quality, kindly contact us at hello@qualitymeat.com.sg

In the event that you are not present to receive an order at the scheduled delivery date & time, there will be a re-delivery charge of $12.00 imposed. You are required to provide a re-delivery date within 2 days from original date, failing which, we will proceed to cancel the order and a cancellation charge of $15.00 and $30.00 will be imposed for non-bulk and bulk order respectively. The balance order amount will be refunded through the same mode of payment.

In the event that we are unable to confirm and/or verify any orders received through the mobile number provided to us, we reserve the right to cancel the said order and a refund will be made to you with a cancellation charge imposed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@qualitymeat.com.sg if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
