Ordering

How can I place an order?

How can I talk to somebody from Quality Meat?

To reach us by phone, you can call +65 6314 5455 during office hours from 08:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mondays through Saturdays (excluding public holidays).

 

When will my order be confirmed? Can I place orders in advance?

Please allow a minimum of 1 (one) working day for us to process your order. We also take orders up to four weeks in advance! If you have further requests such as a bulk purchase, partnership, or pre-orders longer than a month in advance, please call +65 6314 5455.

 

Is there a minimum order size to make an online purchase?

A minimum order size of S$30 is required. Orders above S$100 will have free delivery. For a limited time and while stocks last, orders above S$100 will get a FREE Cooler Bag.

 

What are my payment options?

  1. We accept payment by all credit and debit cards, including VISA, Mastercard and AMEX.
  2. Google Pay and Apple Pay are accepted on supported devices. 

 

Do you support PayNOW or Bank Transfer?

No, not at the moment.

 

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Yes, and you won't even need a password! Creating an online account grants you more convenience, flexibility and control. You can order your favourite meats from anywhere, adjust delivery slots to suit your availability and securely save your payment details and purchase history for quick reordering. 

 

Is my email address required to place an order?

Yes. Order details, delivery updates and other communications will be sent to your email address.

 

I am a restaurant, hawker stall owner or wholesaler and I would like to secure meat supply from Quality Meat. How do I get started?

You can call +65 6314 5455 or email us at hello@qualitymeat.com.sg. Please state the types of meats and cuts that you are interested in, and we will advise you accordingly.

 

There are missing or wrong items in my order. What should I do?

If you want to report a missing item or incorrect order received, call +65 6314 5455 or email us at hello@qualitymeat.com.sg. Let us know the items that are missing or wrong, and state the Order Number you received by email. The Quality Meat team will make it right and advise you on the redelivery/refund accordingly. 

 

I want to cancel and refund my order. How do I do that?

For cancellations, please call +65 6314 5455 or email us at hello@qualitymeat.com.sg and give us at least two working day's notice before your scheduled delivery. Your monies will be credited back to your card within 14 business days by our payment processor.

 

Do you have a physical store?

Unfortunately, we do not operate a physical storefront. However, we take pride in ensuring that our meat products are of the highest quality. You can conveniently purchase our products at select Fairprice, Cold Storage, and Giant supermarkets.

 

Delivery

What are your delivery timings?

We deliver islandwide daily (including on Singapore public holidays).

There are three delivery time slots for you to choose from:

  1. 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM,
  2. 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM,
  3. 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

 

What are the delivery charges? 

We are committed to providing quality meats for all at great prices. For all orders less than S$100, there will be an additional S$12 delivery charge. For orders S$100 and above, delivery is free. For a limited time and while stocks last, orders above S$100 will get a FREE Cooler Bag.

 

Will your driver contact me?

Yes. During checkout we will ask for your mobile number so our delivery drivers can confirm the time and your availability via a phone call.

 

Can I pick it up myself?

You can opt to self-collect at no charge at our office once you are notified that your order is ready for collection. We are located at 202 Pandan Loop #04-03 Singapore 128390.

 

How will my order be packaged for delivery?

For a limited time and while stocks last, orders above S$100 will be packed in a FREE Cooler Bag.
Subsequently, and for all orders below S$100, we will package orders in sealed and thermally insulated envelopes.


I have placed an order and already confirmed my delivery slot. Can I still change it, and how?

Yes you may. You can change your delivery schedule through a call at +65 6314 5455 - just let us know your new preferred date and time. However, do let us know at least one day before the actual scheduled delivery day so we can make the required arrangements.

 

What if no one is around to receive my order at the selected delivery timing?

You will receive a message on the estimated time of delivery on the scheduled date. If you will not be home to receive it and would like to arrange for an alternative delivery date and time, contact us at +65 6314 5455 at least 1 day in advance. We seek your kind understanding that we can only wait a maximum of 5 minutes should there be no one to receive the delivery. Leaving fresh meats at your door is not a recommended practice - we want you to have it fresh!

 

If I am not home, can the package be left outside my door?

Our products are freshest without unnecessary exposure to heat. We highly recommend that the product be refrigerated immediately upon arrival. Don’t worry, we will work with you to get that delivery received by you or someone from your household.

 

Do you sell or deliver outside of Singapore?

No.

 

Product Enquiries

Are your meat products frozen or chilled?

Please refer to the item description for more information.

 

How long can I keep the meat refrigerated?

Please refer to the expiry date provided on the product. 

 

How do I know the meat is fresh?

There are three ways to do this:

  1. By Source: Our supplies arrive in Singapore weekly via air freight - it’s as fresh as it can get!
  2. By Certification: Being HACCP certified means we are frequently subjected to rigorous and laborious inspection standards by auditors, a globally recognized food certification body.
  3. By Physical Inspection: Fresh meat feels firm to the touch (like pressing your gently closed palm with your thumb) and appears visually vibrant. It also smells fresh. If you detect severe discoloration, sliminess or smell a foul odour (and feel unsure), it is best not to use it. Trust your gut feelings.

     

    How do I know the meat delivered to my doorstep is fresh?

    Prior to delivery to your home, all our meats products are kept in a mandated cold-room environment in our facility before it is portion-cut and vacuum-sealed for you. Once the products are out for delivery, our refrigerated trucks will ensure the meats remain in the appropriate temperate and fresh throughout the journey.

     

    The colour of my beef looks darker or different - is it safe for my consumption?

    Vacuum-packed meats usually appear darker, slightly purplish or brownish in colour, due to lack of oxygen. This will not affect the freshness of the meat as the meat will turn back to a lighter, redder shade once unsealed and exposed to air. As long as the texture of the meat is not slimy or sticky and the meat does not give off a strong foul odour, it is safe for human consumption.

     

    Can I request for meat products that are not listed on the website?

    If there is a particular meat or meat cut that you are looking for that is not listed on the website, drop us a call at +65 6314 5455 and we will advise you on the product availability.

     

    Where are your meat products from?

    The meats available in our store are predominantly from Australia and Brazil. While we painstakingly select Singapore Food Agency (SFA) approved plants with ethical and sustainable animal husbandry, livestock raising or feeding conditions may differ from farm to farm even in the same region.
